What did you learn in Class’

In class this week we  class learned a variety of things aboutb Maglev Trains, Maglev trains were first thought  at patented in Germany as they were first implemented in Germany as well . I learned about the history of Magnetic Levitation trains and how they have changed i also learned about it uses in countries such as Germany and Japan.

I also learned about the makeup of these trains. In class vI learned their implementation of Super Conductors and  how they use them to transport masses of up to 25,000 pound  by using just one inch of separation. The maser project taught me a lot about the truth behind the future in transportation.

 

Scanners

Scanners come in all different shapes and sizes they are common. There are various types of scanners that all perform different functions .Their structures are different and they all help the user copy something onto the computer

The various types of scanners include Flatbed, Sheet-fed, Hand-Held, Drum, and Slide. They all have various sizes ranging from the smaller handheld to the larger and more complex Drum scanner. These scanners all help one perform the necessary action of graphic design well and with considerable continuity.

Graphic Design Lap 3

Lap three is very interesting and informative. The lap has tought me about the various aspects of image resolution including pixels per inch, and dots per inch. It has also taught me about samples per inch and lines per inch. All of which are related to the image display on ones monitor.

The lap has also taught me about color and grayscale. Color and Grayscale are two of the most important factors when using a printer. The printing process is changed when one prints in color and grayscale. Overall I have learned alot so far in graphic Design.

Graphic Design 2

Graphic Design is very interesting and informative. The basic objectives taught me a ot of things about high quality product used in daily activities. The activities taught me abut the various aspects. So far it has taught me about image editing.

Image editing is very interesting and useful. It enables the user to transform digital images andhis is very useful when one performs the necessary activities in Graphic Design. The tools enhance the product and are very curious. All in all Image Editing is interesting.

Engineering

The class has beem good so far except for theminor blimpo which CAD  proposed the class has been interesting. The continued course curriculum allowed the class to flow smoothly. The rest wa different but helpful nonetheless.

The test taking for the machine tools was different but this easily made sure you knew the basics of all of the tools so that nobody would get hurt. Meaning it was an improvement  to the machine tools sector itself. All in all the cours has continued to be intersting.

Graphic Design

This module was interesting and very informative. I teaches me the real world application of graphic design and photography. The basic components of graphic design are important in the business world where people need to create various documents.

The Basic components enable the user to create a variety of different products. These products with the implemented components of Graphic Design enable the user to easily move and organize the paper. This is instrumental in the real world.

Career Paper

My career paper consisted of the basic information needed when one wants to become a drafter. This paper consisted on he basic information on the Drafting business  job outlook as well as the jobs seem to be increasing in the near future as drafting helps engineers and numerous other fields create their designated materials.

The career paper was very informative as it showed be the basis for all of the drafting positions. The carer paper helped me learn how to apply even the simples of all of the engineering module. Even though auto cad’s basis is found in architecture its engineering concepts help people build humongous structures for a variety of people.

Sawaiz’s animal ideas

Swaiz Syed is a very interesting person. His ideas range from the infamous “put-put boat” to his latest idea. His idea is to  make a life-sized eagle, woolly mammoth, and dinosaur. His ideas are sop unbelievably ridiculous that it spurred his partner into writing a blog about his stubborn tactics.

His adventurous ideas are unbelievably hilarious and are very funny to watch. He asked me to scale and identify the units in CAD and this taughtme something about CAD. Is 20 inch eagle has now been put to test as he hopes to build it for machine tools. All in al  his crazy and unbelievably hilarious ideas have taught me something new about Auto CAD

Cad Lap 2

Cad  Lap 2 is an interesting module because it is very influential in designingg and creating the sketches for the latter part of your drawing. The different sketches along with the hidden and center lines provide the sketch with a variety of detail. This allows the creator of the product to be able to draw  build the product easier and use more specifications.

Cad  Lap 2 also teaches e how to view and draw the different views of a certain picture. Providing the user with more views so that the product made is more precise. The lap also teaches us about arcs and circles as well how to dimension certain objects whose sole purpose is to help the reader better understand themodule. All in all this lap has taught me a lot the about the day-today function of CAD it also has taught me about the importance of CAD in architecture.

 

Studying

I started to take the Quiz for Lap one and i failed miserably. I should have studied the concepts more as i immediately took the quiz right after coming into the classroom. This would have refreshed my memory and better suited me to the quizzes questions This would have left me with a very good grade. I shouldhave studied things such as polar, andrectangle arrangements and spline setups and how to copy things . 

If had studied the basic information but as it was applied to the the data i found the lab quiz difficult. All in all i i had to redo the quiz i would have studied for it and made sure i understood the information on arcs polylines, lines, rectangles and everything related to the basics of auto-cad.
